Second day of an exercise routine for beginning runners. It’s twelve weeks, with Monday as an off day, which is why I didn’t post yesterday. Took me about 25 minutes to run 1.5 miles. Tomorrow is 3 miles.
I’m supposed to make it to 6 miles and a rough 10-minute per mile pace by the end of the twelve weeks.
One day at a time, right? One day, one pound. Starting weight … call it 295.
